About Andrea

“First things first, I’m the realest.” - Iggy Azalea

I am NOT your stereotypical fitness instructor.

I was never athletic, and I’d always rather eat or watch TV than exercise.
But finding fitness not only changed my body - it changed my career, and it changed my life.

As a woman with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), I’ve struggled with my weight, my health, and my body image.
I’ve also been through every stage of fitness: struggling to begin, starting over after major setbacks, and the long journey from couch to coach.
Most recently, I battled breast cancer; I know firsthand how hard it is to get started with your health and fitness, or to get it back.
What if fitness didn’t have to be a bore or a chore? What if exercise could be relatable, and even FUN?

My teaching style is singular and unique – I talk a LOT, and it often includes cussing or distracting stories.
I’ve been described as the “perfect combination of tough and warm”, and “part drill sergeant, part stand-up comedian”.
In my class, you can expect energy, humor, and an efficient yet effective workout.
I use my eye for detail to emphasize perfect form and continuous progress.
I will challenge you to learn more about your body, your limits, and your ability to change.

I’m passionate about what I do and my goal is to help you discover your best self

while motivating, inspiring, and making you laugh along the way.

“Andrea’s foul mouth and soulful inspiration doesn’t just make you laugh but lifts you up - inspiring you to work harder and be better.”
